• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Items must include all original tags and accessories (if applicable).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until the return is processed.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
